4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines depend on your location, and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Normally all orders are proceed with in 7-14 days.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Carollia is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Carollia does not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges only if the product is damaged or if there is a mismatch in the item received.
Requests for exchange must be made within 1 day of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
Must take videos of unpacking and attach to the return process.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process an exchange for the same or a similar item, subject to stock availability.
Sale items and customized orders are non-exchangeable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
6. Limitation of Liability
As a merchant, we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed upon with the acquiring bank.
